Implementation of truce in Gaza Strip between Israeli forces and Hamas is delayed due to last-minute details over release of Israeli hostages and Red Cross access. Lists of hostages to be freed have been exchanged. Mediator Qatar will announce timing of the humanitarian pause. Talks are progressing positively.
