A user on the micro-blogging site ‘X’ is facing charges for allegedly posting derogatory memes about Maharashtra Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis. A case has been registered in Thane’s Khadakpada police station under laws addressing enmity and public mischief. Investigations continue as the complaint claims the posts created insecurity among people. No arrests have been made so far.
